Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Doves Hygiene Services ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide the following services:

• Washroom hygiene services including sanitary waste disposal
• Sanitary unit supply and maintenance
• Commercial cleaning services
• Janitorial supplies and products
• Clinical waste disposal

3. Service Agreements

All services are subject to a separate service agreement that will detail the specific terms, pricing, service frequency, and duration. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any service-specific agreements. In case of conflict, the service agreement shall take precedence.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

5. Cancellation and Termination

Service contracts require 30 days' written notice for cancellation unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Early termination may be subject to cancellation fees as detailed in your contract.

6. Access to Premises

You agree to provide our staff with reasonable access to your premises to perform the agreed services. This includes access to all areas where services are to be provided, adequate lighting, and water supply where required.

7. Health and Safety

We comply with all relevant health and safety legislation. Customers must inform us of any hazards on their premises and ensure that our staff can work safely. We carry appropriate public liability insurance.

8. Waste Disposal Compliance

We are a licensed waste carrier registered with the Environment Agency. We provide duty of care documentation for all waste collections. Customers must only dispose of appropriate waste types in our units as specified.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Doves Hygiene Services and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
